Horrific Experience These guys are liars and cheats. We hired them to redo all duct work in our Ac system. They damaged my entire house. People stepped on lights that flew out of the ceiling they installed wrong size ac vents. It was the worst experience ever and then they took advantage of us when it came down to final payment. We had to have painters come out and repaint almost every ceiling in our home and even the painter they sent out did it incorrect and smeared pain on my dining room chairs. We received 4 quotes for the ac duct work but in the sales process we felt most confident in them

I had this company come out 3/2021 to clean out my dryer duct. I just purchased a new dryer & it alerts you if there is a clog. They came out charged $200 (which they said included a 3-year warranty) on paperwork it shows warranty. Called to have them come out less than 1 year later due to error code again. Was told it would be an additional $189 for maintenance for warranty to be in effect. What??? That's not on paperwork & that's not a warranty!!! Scammers!!! Then he got mad at me hung up on me twice & wont respond by text or answer phone. I've contacted another company

As the previous one star reviews note, this company quote's you one thing then wants to charge you something else when at your home. DO NOT USE THEM, you have been warned. Also once they can't get more money from you they do a crap job. They visited my 70 year old in December 3rd mother trying to rob her, just horrible!! Deserve no stars!!

I was quoted a price and verified with the scheduler. Person who actually did the job said that rate was for maintenance only yet I don't know what would have been done differently for each service. Ending up paying 3x the quoted price. The job was done to meet our schedule and the service provider was right on time.

I Reached out via yelp looking for duct cleaning service. Sephora contacted me quickly and scheduled for someone to come out to inspect my ducts. David came out and was knowledgeable and let me know what work needed to be done and how much it would cost. I thought the service was a little more expensive than I was anticipating but I will say David did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

Amanda, David and Sean are awesome. We needed mold remediation, vent cleaning and a new ac and furnace installed. They did it all and even helped us find someone to replace the parts of the wall we had removed due to mold. They never used fear tactics to get us to buy more stuff. They were very responsive, respectful and professional. I highly recommend them.

I recently discovered that the A/C unit of my rental house had high condensation and creating a leak and mold danger. A restoration company came and gave me a sky high price estimate to only clean the ducts but not fix the A/C unit parts that were failing/dirty. Then came David from TipTop to the rescue. He not only fixed, cleaned and sealed the leaking A/C unit, the ducts were as clean as the day they were originally installed and furthermore, they were sanitized. The price was fair and David worked hard and presented me multiple pictures of before and after. Made me a believer of yearly checkups

I received a call from the owner, Mr. Shawn, regarding my concerns, and he noted my issues with price communication and actual pricing.
I gave him recommendations for future customer questions such as:
1. Have a written price estimate of the actual jobs that could be done before the work begins.
2. Purchase an inexpensive camera that shows the customer (and the technician) that the duct is clear and there is no damage to the tubing from bottom all the way to the outside.
3. Before the work begins, there will be a charge for using a credit card.

Highly recommended. These folks are really great and reasonably priced. We had mold growing in our AC unit last year and they came out and cleaned the whole system with no mold since. A year later, I called them to check some moisture on the OUTSIDE of the unit To see if the mold came back. The AC had no mold and they cleaned the AC up and professionally resealed the AC boxes FOR FREE!!! so no more condensation would form. This would have cost several hundred dollars

I bought a house and I guarantee no one has ever cleaned the ducts or registers. Tip Top wasn't the cheapest company I got an estimate from, but I went with them because over the phone and in person (during the estimate) they were super informative. They answered all my questions.
The day of the cleaning, they went out of their way to get new registers for me because mine were old plastic ones that were super discolored.
It took a few hours but they undid everything and I watched them vacuum, clean, and spray a disinfectant. After the work they spoke to me about maintenance and what to do

UPDATE: Tip Top sent Johnny right out and they ran me through everything; turns out ASI, the appliance company, was passing the buck and the equipment was installed incorrectly. Five stars to Tip Top and Johnny!

I contacted Tip Top based on the Yelp reviews. Johnny came to inspect the air duct and the old system. I'm glad to say that he is exactly how the reviews described! He is punctual, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly he solves problems! Johnny also shows me pictures of the new air duct and new HAVC system with UV after job completed. As an out of state client, I must say that Johnny is super reliable! I'm very happy with his work and would gladly recommend him!

I own a townhouse that is over 30 years old. While I have seen some mold on my air duct vents and the dark nasty mold inside my ducts, I realized at some point I should have the ducts cleaned. I highly recommend Tip Top Air Duct cleaning service. I had a deep clean with the roto brush of my ducts and a dryer vent cleaning. The service was exceptional.
