Our home pipes clogged and we weren't able to unclog them ourselves. St. Paul Pipeworks came out the same day and got things back in working order in no time at all. Originally they told us they couldn't come until the next morning, but someone called that evening and asked if he could come out then. Of course we said, "Yes!" They didn't leave a mess and were personable and professional. I highly recommend St. Paul Pipeworks.

Very happy with their work. They were very professional and quick to respond. Unfortunately we had to have them come back a second time, as our clogged drain was not completely fixed the first time. However, they did not charge us anything for the second visit. They stand by their work and we will continue using them!

I have used this service twice now. The first was to repair a prior shoddy job on my water heater installation done by a prior person / company. The work was completed and done quite well and I was really pleased to have a new plumbing service for my future needs. I would give 5 stars for the work quality and professionalism.

Chris was a real trooper, 'twas in the evening before he made it over to diagnose and appropriately (reasonably priced, professionally and completely) take care of our clogged drain in our basement. He even saved us money on the sewer cap when he could! We will use St Paul Pipeworks for the bathroom when my husband has the basement remodeling projects to the point where we're ready for them.

Please, please, please call a real plumber when you are having plumbing issues. I learned the hard way. I paid a lot of money with a "rooter-type" company. When the problem wasn't fixed I called St. Paul Pipeworks. I was so grateful for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. Due to the nature of the problem they ended up partnering with another plumbing company and coordinating all of the communications. In the end the job was done correctly and it cost me less than the first attempt. I can't say enough about Charlie and his crew. Will not hesitate to make them my first call in the future.

We highly recommend St. Paul Pipeworks! We have a 1910 house and struggled with an old gas line in the way of having a newer range pushed tight against inset alcove. Other plumbing companies scratched their head (but took our house call fee for their opinion!), never got back to us, or gave us the old “go away” estimate. From my first call to Saint Paul Pipeworks, I already felt we had hope. They are a “let’s figure this out” business. They did the job today and it is exactly what we need. Voila!
