Rick installed my new furnace and was very punctual. I wasn't even home and trusted him enough to give him the code to get in so he could get his job done. Very professional very efficient. Hopefully I won't need service for 20 years, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

Metro plumbing did extensive work at our house. They went above and beyond expected service. The toilets they installed are high quality, low energy, and have 5 year warranties- something other companies in the area could not promise me.
We couldn't be more pleased with their excellent work. The prices were very reasonable and extremely favorable in comparison to other companies near us.

Jesse was amazing! I had a new water heater replaced 6 months ago, last week my water heater went down, I called the manufacturer to get a new part, they sent it, then metro heating sent someone right away to install the part. Manufacturer sent the wrong part, so jesse drove to the manufacturer and got me the correct part and installed for me. He was so nice and pleasant the entire time and it was just the best customer service I have seen! I highly recommend calling metro heating and cooling. Thank you Jesse, you saved me from another day of boiling water. 😜

Also installed a water softener. Excellent customer service & knowledge of plumbing services. Very courteous and friendly. Explained the product and what I needed to do to maintain it. I have used Metro for years on various plumbing, heating and cooling repairs and they are excellent. Highly recommend. Office staff is very knowledgeable too! Thank you Mitch.
