Nasseff #75 truck was driving recklessly during rush hours. He cut in front of stop-and-go traffic last minute without signal on HWY 52 bridge. Continued to ride the bumper of any vehicles in front, occasionally half way into the shoulder. Late sudden braking that resulted in the truck veering to the shoulder to avoid impact.
