Two stars for the workers who are overworked and very nice. Like what everyone else mentioned here, they only work with AHS so they have no incentive to actually "fix" anything but rather to replace new AC. Once you pay, they will never respond to any more problems. I was quoted a more expensive standard compressor + coil, but they installed a cheaper coil without telling me. Only after I received the warranty registration did I realize it. I contacted Gus a few more times regarding some additional cooling issues and absolutely no replies. If you get them after American Home Shield sends

This company installed a brand new AC system for me. A few weeks later the part of the AC unit in my attic started leaking into my ceiling because they did not install a drip pan large enough for the unit. This caused water to to leak into my ceiling and caused damage. They have been refusing to fix this and have become unresponsive. They have been telling me they were looking for painters since June and it still has not been fixed. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I would not recommend them even if they were less expensive.

This company was assigned to me via AHS on the weekend when my AC went out. Not only did they call me on the weekend to schedule but they promptly scheduled me for Monday and got to me within the timeframe specified. Matt our technician was courteous and got the parts needed to fix out AC the same day! Yes, you read correctly, the same day. I would highly recommend this company and Matt.

Worst contractor EVER!!! The owner Mr GUS lacks professionalism. My AC fan motor and compressor needed to be replaced but this man choose to only replace the fan motor and literally told me American Home Shield (AHS) does not pay him enough to replace my compressor. After 16 days with no AC, I had to call AHS to complain about this contractor and requested to go with a different contractor. I will never work with ACS ever again!

Poor customer service. The first tech misdiagnosed my AC difficulty. As a result, a second service call was made. the second tech stated that the first tech did not correctly detect my AC difficulty. I have medical needs and told them that fixing my AC was important. I incurred $400+ in hotel expenses due to the inconvenience. This company was recommended through my home warranty. I will request that this company never come to my home again. The only reason I gave one star is because I think that zero stars is not an option.

I highly recommend using Advanced Comfort Solutions. They were sent to us by our Home warranty company the first time to repair what another company failed to do on two different occasions. Since then we insist on asking for ACS.
We have used them thus far on three different occasions in the past 18 months with very positive results. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Also their prices are very reasonable on non-covered items by home warranty.

If there was zero stars I would give it. I believe they are only in business due to agreements with home warranty companies.
The employees and receptionist are incompetent and you will be guaranteed to have hidden cost out-of-pocket expenses exceeding over 1500+. They also list items that are not mandated by the state.
I would never trust them with my home. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Similar to others we came in contact with these guys through the home warranty company. I knew that might create some issues but the overall experience was even worse than expected. At first they told us it was working, even though it was getting close to 90 degrees in our house. 3 weeks and 2 "fixes" later nothing had changed. We ended up just paying a legitimate company to come out and repair our AC. Don't bother with this company.

Advanced Comfort Solutions was sent to our home via American Homeshield. Our upstairs unit needed an AC coil replaced, we paid $1,000 out of pocket on top of warranty coverage. The repair was not done properly and we had water pouring from the ceiling in my daughter's room. We contacted AHS and Advanced Comfort Solutions, after several additional visits they got repair corrected but have failed to take care of the ceiling issue and we have called and called....even offered for them to give us a credit and we can get repaired on our own. Have not heard back from the owner and our ceiling

The technician arrived early and waited for me to get home since I stayed with a friend due to a/c issues. He came in, checked everything, determined it was my thermostat, and had everything working in less than an hour. I paid through my home warranty, so I'm not sure of their cost, but I was very pleased with their timeliness and professionalism.
