Hands down, these folks are the best. Emanuel was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. The work was extremely above par and was completed in a timely manner. We had complete system replaced for almost 20% less than what others were asking for with no compromise in quality. We strongly recommend Comfort Squad.

I don't write a lot of reviews however Comfort Squad goes beyond what is expected. I've been a customer of Comfort Squad for over 3 years. They were a great company back then and now the BEST company. As an HR manager I'm well aware of customer service and human behavior. This company has always bent backwards to make sure we are satisfied. Always respected of our property and excellent communication. Looking forward to continuously do business with them.

These guys know their stuff! We had them renovate our attic two weeks ago. We’ve always had issues with the entire second floor not cooling. We upgraded windows and added insulation on top of what was already in the attic in hopes of making the upper floor comfortable. It helped but it was still 5-7 degrees warmer upstairs. So we started getting quotes on the ac system. We gathered 8 estimates. Comfort Squad performed some tests and recommended renovating the attic and replacing ductwork. It’s been over two weeks now and our home has never felt this comfortable since we’ve lived here (12

Edgar came out to my home and was very knowledgeable in what I needed.
His was the 3rd estimate I got and it was in the middle of the other two. But I must admit comfort squad offered more services than the others.
And a much better warranty on their labor.
(Beware of company’s that only guarantee their installation for a short time)
He didn’t try to sell me options that I didn’t need or that I didn’t want and that was a big factor in choosing them.
His guys came in on Monday and did a Complete measurement of my homes living space which included an air test checking my home for leaks

We called Comfort Squad for an estimate. I was impressed from the the time I made appointment. I immediately received a text informing me of the appointment. I then received another text when Edgar was on his way. Edgar talked with me about the issues with our system and then made his recommendation for the Trane XR17 Heat Pump system for our house. I have been in the market for a new AC unit for a few months, received several estimates but chose to go with Comfort Squad per the recommendation of my husbands friend. I found it odd that they have 5 star ratings not only on Facebook but online as well. When I received the estimate the gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite. 5 stars there. We decided to move forward with the work. I received a reminder text the day before installation and one the day of with a picture of my technician (I was also able to track him arriving). So far amazing. The technician who came to do our estimate was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for and needed, and offered us exactly that. No pressure to upsell; just a good guy with integrity.
Our installation is not scheduled until next Monday, so Comfort Squad sent out another technician today with a portable air conditioner to get us through. Nice perk, and again, another great guy.
So far everyone we have had contact with has been fantastic. Great price on our unit, great people and customer service.

We needed a full A/C and heating system replaced after hurricane Harvey damaged our unit. We were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Edgar was with the Trane unit we decide on. They were fast with fitting us in for installment, even with this being a busy time with the flooding in most areas.
