Over the last 40 years we have owned eight homes and worked with numerous HVAC companies. Baker Jones is simply the best AC company we have ever worked with. Before choosing them we talked with four other companies. They easily stood out as the most professional. They replaced our AC and heating systems. They were very nice people, easy to work with, and did everything they said they would, and a bit more. I would high recommend them.

My family and I have been customers of Baker-Jones for over 20 years. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20. Their service is exceptional. Their technicians and customer service representatives provide great and timely assistance. I can not give any "except for" comments, because I've never had any. In my book they are the best HVAC company in town.

Was referred to Baker-Jones by a relative and I was NOT disappointed! I called because my a/c in my home had gone out. I was given the info after being in the houston heat for a few days and once Mr. Ron found out, he made it a priority to come by immediately. He quickly found the problem and was able to even get me cooled in an hour. He was able to get me a temporary fix until my needed parts arrived the next day. He called me first thing and had servicemen over to fix my unit. Customer service is A-1. Will forever use Baker-Jones.

A very honest company. First call was for service as both units weren't coming anymore. Ronald was great, and even though I insisted, charged me for one unit call bc i was given that info over the phone even though the ticket correctly said two units. Second call was to find a small leak, crew came by twice and couldn't find the leak. Had to call plumber and we cut some dry wall from ceiling under a/c. It was a small hole in the drain pan. Baker Jones came back and they could have recommended replacing the pan and charged more, but felt the hole was so tiny, they used liquid nail to close it from

The Baker-Jones Co. installers were very professional, thorough, and caring when it came to the installation of our new indoor/outdoor system. Ron mentioned it took more time because they were concerned with not creating more sheetrock work than necessary. They used drop cloths, vacuumed, and was very careful to leave the area spotless. We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. They are the absolute best!

The staff at Baker- Jones Air Conditioning are professional, and work quickly and efficiently. They came to our property, per appointment, the next day after calling in that our AC needed repairs. The technician was thorough in explaining what the problem was with our unit, as well as how he repaired it, and how to maintain the unit in its best condition.

Baker Jones has time and time again displayed why they are one of the best HVAC businesses in all of Houston. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 9 years and have always been amazed by their great customer service and the quality of their work. Hands down the best HVAC company in Houston. They are timely and always show up with a positive attitude, which makes the entire experience that much easier. They get the job done efficiently, but properly. I would recommend this company to anybody I know. You will never be disappointed with their service.

For two years after I bought my house, my A/C overflow poured out onto the driveway and the drain pan remained full. I had called out plumbers and a/c technicians with our home warranty plan at least 4 times.
Based on recommendation of Baker-Jones, I called them and they were out to check the system the next business day. The technician, Calvin, repaired the SOURCE of the problem, and removed the excess water from the drain pan. He was courteous and efficient and the problem appears to be resolved, saving me a great deal of concern about possible water leakage.
I will definitely call Baker-Jones
