We contacted 2 other 'reputable' vendors. Ace Comfort was the most reasonably priced by far and they got us scheduled quickly.
The crew arrived on time (!) and didn't baulk at the somewhat tricky installation (condo with roof and crawl space)
Further - timely emails and text messages with job details, scheduling and invoices.
It has been a week - no issues and our condo is an ice box. I will be recommending this company to my entire building.
