We had been without AC for four days in 90+ degree weather. AAA installed a new condensing unit the very next day at a great price (thank you, Carlos!). Juan was our service technician and he was very professional and thorough. He offered simple tips that will help extend the life of our new unit and improve its performance. We are so thankful to AAA Cooling and Juan for getting us cool again!

AAA technician Jefferson was very professional and did a super clean job installing a new system in my house. The office staff was courteous and had great communication with me throughout the the process and I couldn't be happier with the work AAA did on my new house. I have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies over the years on different homes and businesses and AAA is by far the best company I have worked with. HIGHLY Recommended!

Where do I begin...warranty company sent them to my mothers house. 3 different techs, 3 different diagnostic summaries, 0 results. They received over 1k from the warranty company and over 1k from me. That being said, my elderly mother was hot all summer and this whole winter it's been cold. The csr and ac techs are nice but there is zero communication, zero results and when I asked the last tech why everyone says something different, " well we all work differently "! Good luck if you use these people. I could have put that money towards a whole new unit but they got paid!

Don’t use this company. They were sent out by the Home Warranty Company. It took forever for them to respond and finally come out to install the new condenser and coils for both AC’s. After paying the non covered costs and the Home Warranty paying them they came out and installed the parts incorrectly. Now I have excessive condensation in my attic that has water leaking through my ceiling and in my walls. When I called them after 3 different companies have come out to say the same thing and now I have pay another $2000 to fix what they messed up, they said sorry our work is only warranted for

The only reason I am writing this review is to hopefully save someone else the headaches, time and money they have cost us. We were assigned AAA through American Home Shield when our upstairs HVAC unit was draining through the pipes along the roofline. They came out fairly promptly and fixed the blockage. That she the trouble started:
- 3 days later we notice water leaking through our ceiling and down the walls into one of the downstairs bathrooms. Ceiling stained with water and paint bubbled and ruined in bathroom. I go in attic and find one of the drainage pipes that they were working on

Back in April of 2020, I was assigned this company thru Choice Home Warranty. I told the guy who showed up that the overflow was draining onto the patio and knew that the coil was bad. He told me there was a protocol from the warranty company they had to follow which included cleaning out the drain with my bleach and putting stop leak thru the coil. He also noted on his visit that the outside breaker for the unit was tripped. He reset everything and it was running adequately. Told me to keep an eye on things over the weekend. The ONLY reason why I am taking the time to even write a review to this HORRIBLE company is to spare ANYONE to have to work with them!!! We had to deal with them through our home warranty. Couldn't get a call back to save my life but when I finally got a lady she was rude said "go find someone else" I was even hung up on not once but 2 times! The Owner seriously needs to fire the 2 women who "run the phones" before they run him OUT of business!!! I would never and will never recommend this company!! Oh ... I did find out today that they were FIRED from the Home Warranty

Had a $10,000. System installed 1 1/2 ago. On a routine maintenance check (6 months ago )the technician found they had installed the wrong thermostat not the one I paid for and that was recommended for the unit. He installed the correct thermostat. It is WiFi and operates by way of my cell phone. I replaced my phone but the thermostat wouldn’t work on my new phone or manually. The Nexia people whom handle the operation and set up of the device of the Train or American Standard Thermostat advised me call AAA as the thermostat was under 5 year warranty. I called First American Home warranty and they sent someone out who did not want to fix my heating unit, after contacting FAHW about that FAHW set a appointment up with AAA for us. Daniel came out a couple days later. He was very polite and introduced himself to us and did not hesitate to get to work to address the problem the other company would not address. These were simple fixes and Daniel took care of the problems. If you need some one who kind, and reliable then you need to call AAA Cooling and Heating.

I have used AAA Cooling & heating for AC repairs advice and clarification concerning my recent ac purchase. From the beginning, the technician impressed me with his professionalism, thorough knowledge of the air conditioning, sound advice & experience. After the tropical storm, it was a very hard time for me & the technician made sure my best interests were at heart as both a person and client. In regards to the piece of mind given to me, to date his advice has been quick and fiscally sound. Went through home warranty. I had a 6 day newborn and heater wasn't working. The temp in the house got down to 63. Originally went with a vender who had more stars and they didn't have anything open until the next day (freeze warning that night). These guys fit us in their schedule and got it up in running. it wasn't like they had an opening they literally put us in the schedule and stayed late to get it done due to the situation.

HORRIBLE company. Gina a receptionist Basically tells me that she is about to pull up at my home, she is around the corner as a threat to fight? All because I was in a doctor appointment and asked for 30 min to pay? Then she instructs the tech to uninstall the equipment they just spent 3 hours to install? Wow, I have never in my life been threatened by a company to come to my home and beat me up because I asked for 30 min to get home and pay. In addition she stated you can continue being hot LMAO! If we could give this company zero stars, we would. This company is absolutely terrible. We filed a claim with our home warranty company and this is the company that was chosen to service our unit based on reasonable availability. For the initial appointment on Thursday, we were given a 5 hour window of 1pm to 6pm. The tech ended up being over an hour late, with no courtesy call to let us know he would be arriving after the window we were expecting him. The second appointment the following Thursday, we were given the same 5 hour window, two guys ended up showing up at the house, without the courtesy

AAA Cooling & Heating came out to service my A/C, I had their gold service plan. They did a great job explaining what was causing my A/C to not pump cool air at capacity. Also recommended a blower cleaning for better air quality. Adrian was exceptional - he worked very diligently to get the A/C working. AAA Cooling & Heating did amazing work.

This company is HORRIFIC. The technician was kind and seemed knowledgeable. Ladies that answer the phone and do the office work are NOT customer-centric. One woman kept raising her voice and when I asked to speak with a manager. I let her know our concerns and 5 minutes later they fabricated a story that I started to pull things off the technicians truck, who had been gone for 45 mins by then. Read the other reviews. If you are assigned this company because of a home warranty ask for another company. If you have a choice chose one with better reviews.

I am so pleased! My home warranty company provided me with AAA Cooling for my home in Baytown where my Dad's wife lives (elderly). Unfortunately I had to use this company to fix my AC because I'm going through my home warranty. My experience has been terrible.
To begin with, it took then 48 hours to even get someone out to diagnose the problem. I understand companies are busy, especially this time of year, but I have newborn in a house that has been 85 degrees for the last week, so I'm a little less forgiving.
The technician who came out, Lewis, did not inspire confidence in his expertise. He initially told me the issue was that I didn't charge my nest thermostat when I installed

I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with this company due to our home warranty setting this company up to service our AC unit. At first the response time and friendliness of these guys was good. But between them and our Home Warranty, there was some "part" that had to be ordered and paid for by the warranty company for the AC Company to pick up and then install. I will start with the positive points after using this company. My home warranty company coordinated with AAA, so I knew nothing about them. They were timely and pleasant to talk with on the phone, the initial technician was professional and seemed knowledgeable. The positive ended there. His initial diagnosis that I needed a new control panel was wrong. Another company added Freon and the system worked fine. Since the control panel had already been ordered, they went ahead and put it in a week later. In the process, the drain line for the coil was damaged and all the condensation ran out
