I would not recommend doing business with LCP. We many documented examples from other current LCP customers that are similar to our experience. Please free to contact me for more information. The company can design a great backyard experience and they will quote the job to beat the competition, but they cannot execute on their vision. They proved this point many times OVER a year despite what’s in the contract. Unprofessional, untrained, and unsupervised laborers from day one. Absolutely no project management—-everything is left to the homeowner to manage. Owner was even quoted as telling us

Our pool was old so coping was crumbling, the plaster was disintegrating and tile was missing. The previous owners had not given it a lot of love. We had several companies come out and give us quotes for repair. The reason we went with Liquid Concept Pools was because of their professionalism. We were talked to as humans. The other thing we really liked was be given options. We had not even considered stone for coping because we thought it was to expensive. Because of being given options we learned it was affordable. The pool looks great and turned out even better than we imagined.

We used Liquid Concept Pools to design and build a pool, outdoor kitchen, and pergola. This was our first pool build, and Jacob's calm, honest, and down to earth style helped make the build out run smoothly. Construction is a messy and stressful process, but Jacob did a great job of keeping his team on task and held them to the highest quality standards. If the end result wasn't to his (or our) standard, he was quick to correct with the appropriate subcontractors. We absolutely would recommend him to others.

Had a pool installed in 2015. Bought an expensive heat pump/chiller unit that has NEVER worked properly. Customer service is terrible. Referred to contract repair company to handle problems. Had several Pentair (heater/chiller manufacturer) certified repairmen over to replace motherboards (twice), rewire the units (an all day affair) and various other visits and resets done either in person by a repairman or remotely but it still shuts off without coming to the temperature set on the website application. When I go back to Liquid Concepts and leave messages about this ongoing issue I am either 1
