Our dryer quit,heating. Lewis ordered the part and was in our home within 48 hrs. He replaced the part a and the charge was less than expected. A few days later it happened again we called he ordered part again and came out next day and repaired at no charge. Was not expecting that. Awesome service and quick

I can only give this place a 1 star due to the receptionist. She was inconsiderate and rude every time I called. She had no clue how to look up information or any knowledge about the time of when parts would arrive. Her ability to be polite and courteous on the phone with customers, that are in need of services is lacking. She would not give me managements number. Due to her I've informed my friends not to use this company.

Lewis Appliance Service was recommended by a major retailer in town and after our first interaction - I know why. They were remarkably friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked around our schedule and fixed the issue right away while also giving us tips about general maintenance of our unit. I have and will continue to highly recommend Lewis Appliances.
