I was born and raised in Chautauqua County and was introduced to appliance repair, such as ac repair and washer and dryer repair, by by dad who operated an appliance repair business in the Jamestown area during the 1960's and 70's. I attended the Frigidaire Training Center in Buffalo, NY after graduating from Maple Grove High School.
