It won’t let me respond to the owners comment but considering I left no review other than a one star and he commented to say that I cussed him and I’ve never spoken to him directly before, he must mistreat people often. Maybe he should remember the people he’s mistreating so he doesn’t get us confused on google. I work in customer service and would never threaten people as this man does. Also, I’m new to the area so the odds of someone warning him of me, are very slim. I know a total of one person in the area which is my husband. Be aware. This man will threaten to call everyone in town

The owner is very rude and responds to google reviews with lies. I left him a 1 star review on google with no message after he came to my home and refused to do the service. He then proceeded to comment on my review and state that I cussed him (I wasn't there and have never spoken to him before) and that he had been warned not to come to my address. I moved in a week ago from another state so there's no way he had been warned of anything. He also stated that he would call and warn everyone not to come and fix my appliance for me. He definitely needs a reality check. Be aware. His

I found out my fridge had packed up on a Saturday morning. I thought i was going to have to throw out everything so i called Howard. He was over to my house in 20 min and had a thermostat in his truck that would get me by until the one made for my fridge came in. As soon as that part came in he gave me a call and my fridge works great. Howards easy to get ahold of and is very personable I'm glad I called him

Howard took over his grandfathers business over 20 years ago. He is experienced, prompt, and personable. He replaced the drain pump on my Maytag washer in 20 minutes working in a cramped space. He charges $60 per house call plus parts and labor. It was absolutely worth it because I got my 12 year old washer back in action quickly and it was still much cheaper than buying a new one.
