This is the worst company I have dealt with. The office is unprofessional and dishonest. I used this company through my warranty company American Home Shield. My heater stopped working in December. The tech diagnosed the problem within 5 min on Monday. He said there would be a $150 code upgrade fee in addition to the part would be covered by my warranty. Instead of calling into my warranty company to get approval. He said the office would call in the diagnoses and schedule the repair. The office was backed up with orders from the previous week and did not get back to me till Thursday. The office

I do not recommend. They came out to fix my a/c and a week later the a/c went out again. Called and scheduled an appointment for 10/29 from noon-5 but the technician never showed. I called the after hours number and was assured the tech would come out even though it was after 7 pm. Soon after the after hours person stop taking my calls. I called the main number and left messages but no one called back. I had to use another service provider who correctly diagnosed and fixed my a/c.

Assigned to me by my warranty company AHS. They got me on the calendar quickly, communicated well, showed up in time, identified the problem, educated me and got it fixed quickly. Follow up appt after the part came in was equally smooth. Both men that came were professional and respectful.
Full disclosure: while the problem seems to be fixed, weather also turned cold immediately after the fix, so we haven’t been able to really test that it’s working as it should- yes, the air is blowing cool, but it’s also cool outside and in the house so I guess I’ll have to wait till summer to see.

This is the worst company. They came out to fix my ac inside of the house and they damaged the unit. I bought my house brand new and never needed this type of service. They replaced the motor and damaged the door to the unit. When I called to complain I was told that the unit was broken due to previous maintenance which I told them I was the first owner and never replaced the motor. It was a brand new unit. The manager stuck to it to get out of having to correct the issue. They taped the door so it wouldn't fall off or open. They lied when they knew that their tech damaged the unit. Please do not

Came out and installed heating pump. Very professional guys as far as customer service. I asked for a Senior Tech and got one that was in training and the other was new to the company. It took them a long while to finish due to the fact that they were having trouble soldering the lines to heat pump. There was another tech that was in the area to assist and I think he ended up getting it. But now there’s a noise coming out of it again and the heat pump is dripping some fluid. I can’t see if it’s Freon or condensed water but it’s a lot. Now I have to shut it off again and go all weekend without

This company was hired through my Home warranty which is American home shield. Even though I'm not happy with my warranty company I was happy with the service that American air conditioning and heating gave us. They were always polite and courteous over the phone. The 2nd technician that was sent out to help me with my AC unit was Corey. He was very knowledgeable very honest and helpful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. My home warranty sent this company to me when I reported my AC was not working. This company came out three times and kept "ordering parts" through my home warranty. After weeks and weeks with no AC with we couldn't wait any longer and hired another company who fixed our AC within 3 hours THE SAME DAY, the best part is we didn't even need to order parts as American AC claimed we needed. Through out this time I would call and ask to speak to a manager and would not get call backs. They also took our thermostat claiming it was broken and I asked for it back from the

Ridiculous! Have been to my house 4 times and AC still does not work. They came twice today and it does not work. I have spent a small fortune fixing unit due to "code updates" that people on second visit did not even seem aware of. It is cooler outside at moment than in house but service tech keeps saying "Your system looks good and there is nothing wrong" American Home Shield warranty keeps sending these folks out and now I don't want anything to do with either of them ever again. Find a reputable vendor to fix your AC and save yourself a big headache. Also just learned today that when they replaced

American AC has flaky service. They recovered my refrigerant in my system into their own tank, which they won't document how much they recovered so that they can charge you for putting in new refrigerant at their cost. Tech made an excuse that the recovered refrigerant wouldn't go back into the system. surprise surprise. Explained it was their recovery tank. So it's on ME that their recovery tank won't work properly so they must use their own refrigerant to fill my system. Half of what they recovered wouldn't go back into my system...hmmmm... Half?? Their manager Jeff was rude in our conversation
