I had my motor give out... in July... in Texas. Was not a fun experience. The AC motor in the attic sounded as if a really old washing machine was bouncing around, and it was even shaking the house. I contacted FLO RITE and they came the very next day. Our technician, Roberto, was very knowledgeable and quick. He explained to me that my motor sat on three prongs. One had snapped, and this is what was causing the thunderous sounds coming from the attic. Due to motor rattling all over the place, the squirrel cage was also damaged. I called for a quote to replace my entire system and Frank the owner impressed me as a professional immediately. The next day his two technicians arrived on time and stayed until 9:30 PM making sure everything was perfect, every detail. The best service I've ever experienced in home improvement and in AC service by far. With the new 5 stage system, quoted at a competitive price I love my home again. Called them to replace ducts. The work should have taken a whole day and it was finished in about an hour. After their work one of the rooms was no longer receiving air. Had to call them back they sent same guys to fix work they didn’t do right in the first place and again the guys still did work quickly. I say quickly because the person I spoke to said the work would take about several hours. Even one of the managers who came over to check the work said he did not like the layout of ducts. They sent same guys and still not much progress was made. I called another company to check duct work,

Awesome company with great customer service. I was taken care of quickly and updated as to when technician was on the way. Technician was super nice and upfront about what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend Flo-Rite to everyone. They provide good old fashioned customer service by showing that they respect their customers and offer reasonable prices to boot !! From the time they entered our home to do the initial service call till the time the new system was in place and working they were very polite and informative. They took the time to explain why the previous system had broken down. They gave us the option to repair the old system or replace the system (and then they gave us 3 different systems to choose from) and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either doing

At first it was a little rocky to get everything together for this project but the installation went very well and the office staff handled things accordingly. The only thing is that the website advertised a discounted Finance rate but it was based on the system being installed . When you click on the link, it sends you to the financing companies website. It is best to check with the office before doing anything as far as financing.

This company is outstanding in its quality work and customer service. The office staff (Marissa, in particular) and the technicians are exceptional in every way--customer service, technical knowledge, courtesy, promptness. I cannot think of one think even remotely negative to say about this company. They went way beyond the norm to insure that the proper equipment was installed in a timely manner (in an incredibly short time frame). Hire this company.

In order to try to make an intelligent decision on buying a central air conditioner, I looked for information and recommendations on the internet. I found a web site chock full of information that belonged to a heating and air conditioning company (ASM) in California. They were certified to work on nearly all a/c units so they were not promoting any one particular brand. Their recommendations were based on their experience with units they sold and worked on. Their top pick (value for the money) was a Day & Night Performance series a/c. I had never heard of this brand but further reading

5-stars, not a doubt about it. My technician, John De La Rosa was one of the best I've dealt with. Knew the right way to explain to me and took the time to help me understand if a part was worn or about to fail. Excellent customer skills and helped with understanding everything that he was doing. He graciously helped with the filter installation as I was not able to climb a ladder into the attic. An impressive young man.
