Upstairs unit started blowing warm air. The guy we normally use was out of business so I called around for quotes. After calling around to other companies and speaking to their call center reps whom were not professional I then called Felix AC. Immediately I was put at ease. I didnt feel rushed to make an appointment and even was offered to text him pics and questions so he could help me without coming out. Tony was sent out and he was awesome! He was professional and courteous. He even explained and re-explained the issue/resolution to my hard of hearing grandfather. I would definitely recommend

Wow!! what a great company they installed my thermostat and were very knowledgeable after and during installation. They also did a summer maintenance on my HVAC unit. The price they quoted for both services was very reasonable and fair. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys are amazing! The gave me and quote which was by far the lowest on my new A/C and installed it the very next day! This is the second brand new unit these guys have installed in my rentals and have had 0 issues! Thanks again Felix!

Felix Air Services is a great company with awesome staff. Felix came out on Sunday evening (Father's Day) and was able to get our AC system fixed. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and gave us helpful hints to help keep up with the maintenance. I would highly recommend him.

Felix’s Air Service is a company that I’ll definitely recommend to anyone that needs repairs or replacement of their A/C. Felix came out on a Sunday to check our heater. Turns out we needed our A/C unit replaced because we had a gas leak on a unit that was about 30 years old. They were back on Tuesday with the new unit. They had everything up and running in no time. My AC went out, and I noticed that there are AC services rated higher than Felix Air Services but what caught my eye is one of the reviews where the customer said another A/C company told her she needed a whole new system but when she called Felix Air Services, he said she didn't need a new system. That works for me. They came out, fixed the problem and they charged me way less than I thought they were going to charge me. A/C works great and the price is great.

I purchased my home just two years ago and soon realized the ducts in my attic were in terrible shape. Many were torn and I patched it with tape but it's been on my bucket list to replace them. Highly recommend Felix Air Services for anything HVAC related. I have been using them for a few years now and am always impressed with them. Not only is everyone I have dealt with super nice, they get the job done quickly! I had a warranty issue with my AC unit, they took care of the warranty stuff and had my AC operational the same day they started the work.
Most notable was the time my AC went out 1 day before I was set to host Christmas Eve and Christmas. It turned out it was a simple fuse issue but they were out withing a few hours of me calling and had the issue fixed within a few minutes

Amazing customer service as always, Felix himself came out here within the time frame given and was able to detect the problem right away. First visit it was a simple dirty filter that I myself didn't know it was supposed to be replaced every other month. Ha silly me. Second visit was my motor needed to be replaced, I honestly taught it would take days to have it fixed but Jerry and Tony managed to come back later that day and fix it!! So happy with the outcome I will definitely use them when in need of a new system.

First off, when I called, the phone was answered by the top guy, not a machine or office person. Next he tells you he will be over in an hour and he actually shows up--on time! Goes right to work and checks out your situation. We decided our system was too old and inefficient and an upgrade was in order. As hot as it is here in San Antonio we were concerned about being without AC for many days. Not so. Jerry had his crew out the next day and they worked until the job was up and running--same day. Our new Trane unit is quiet, efficient, and way cooler the the old unit. As if that was not enough

I highly recommend Felix Air Services! Last year, Jerry serviced my old A/C system and I found him to be honest, reliable, and responsive. Despite the age of the unit, he was able to keep it running efficiently until I was ready for an upgrade.
