I talked to the owner about correcting an incident that was a result of their error. It was minor however to cover the cost to correct it is the right thing to do. In speaking with the owner, Derek’s response was “it happens”. I asked if letting others deal with the inconvenience and expense of correcting their errors and to paraphrase, the answer is yes. I wouldn’t do business with an owner of the company that is unwilling to back up their own work.
