Linescape LLC is a Portland based Directional Boring Company that started in Portland, Oregon in 2000. We began installing cable lines using our trench-less boring methods throughout the Portland area and soon expanded into Washington with our Seattle office. Linescape Of Washington LLC is a Seattle based company that started in 2006 offering directional drilling, hydro excavation, sweeper services, water leak detection and excavation services.
Using state of the art technology, directional drilling allows installation of underground utility pipes without disturbing the ground being crossed. Vacuum excavating is a safe and productive nondestructive excavation method in which water is used to safely remove material from sensitive areas. Directional Boring is a steerable trenchless method where we install conduits, underground pipes, or cables in a shallow arc along a predefined bore path by using a surface launched drilling rig. This has minimal impact on the surrounding area and minimizes environmental disruption. This method is used when trenching or excavating is not a practical method.

Alec and Ryan came and bored a new water line from the meter to my house. They had to navigate around all my other utilities as they were all located in the same narrow strip 12-foot wide strip of ground. They were very careful and diligent in the process - hand digging at least two exploratory holes to confirm actual depth of some of the other utilities in addition to digging up the meter and digging a hole at the house termination. This was all being done in early July when it was well over 90 degrees and these guys maintained a great attitude through all of this hot, difficult, and dirty work
