Dan was at my house immediately to help with my water issue. he went above and beyond anything I was expecting with multiple fans humidifiers. I called Dan because I had a water leak from a broken pipe. Dan was able to come on the same day I called. This saved my house from having bigger damages. Dan was professional and he took the time to make sure he got all areas dried and all the water extracted. I am very happy with how quickly he got the water extracted and all the areas dried. Our hot water heater sprung a leak flooding 2 bedrooms. I found Retoration1 on the Yelp website. After my call, Dan arrived shortly. He carried out furniture and began removing the wet pad from under the new carpet in l of the rooms and set up 10 fans throughout both rooms and the hot water closet to dry out the wet floors and baseboards. He called the next day to check on the drying process. Very thoughtful. Dan is super prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Restoration1

I was very upset when I called because of my water damage. He let me know everything was going to be okay and that he would be there to help me with the mess. Dan did everything that he said he was going to do. And I'm very very happy with the job that he did for me. By the time he left it was like nothing happened everything was cleaned up and dry.I will definitely be calling Dan again and referring him to friends and family...

We noticed that the supply line in our master bathroom was leaking. We discovered it had gone down the wall to the downstairs living room and had reached the hardwood floors. We called Restoration1 and Dan got to our house quickly! He started the drying process and managed to save the floors! Dan is professional, punctual and just a good guy!

After a broken washing machine hose flooded our (new) laundry room and kitchen, we searched/found Restoration 1 of Denton/Frisco. The company owner, Dan Merkler was at our location quickly and able to determine the plan of action to get our home back in order.
After evaluating insurance coverage/deductible, it was determined that it would be a better choice to handle the incident without filing an insurance claim - Dan completed the entire drying process in three days at a reasonable cost. (Not our experience with other companies in the past.)

After our house flooded due to a storm, Dan was quick to respond after another big name company failed to keep an appointment. He worked hard to keep the cost and household disruption to a minimum, and was out every day checking on the drying progress. I heard the sound of splashing water in the distance (a soothing sound from a fountain or rain), not so great when you remember you left water on. A layer of water an inch deep was on my bathroom floor and flowing onto the carpet of the adjacent bedroom.
