We are a Project management and remodeling company that work with main contractors performing remodeling jobs! We did multiple project with early Bird DBA Servpro of Plano unfortunately they just pay for the very first project we did for them and give just a money draw on the other ones promising quick final payments of labor and material by the end. Even with owners signed completion sheet they keep avoiding payment in some cases for over 2months. After using Servepro Plano for water mitigation services, one of my GFCI outlets would not reset. I called their office and Pam scheduled a same day appointment. John and Timmy came out promptly and replaced the damaged outlet. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for great customer service!

Very poor service, extremely unprofessional. I manage several retail centers in the DFW area. Had a water intrusion, they quickly responded and opened up the affected walls to remediate, then left me hanging. Made multiple attempts to have them go reconstruct the wall, they simply told me they were busy and to call another contractor. Never using them again.

Judy's is fantastic to work with as an Insurance Agent in the area for years...but then I became a customer. My dishwasher filled my house for 8+ hours of water overnight and Servpro came to the Rescue!!!! 33 fans, 3 dehumidifiers and drying time, I was able to get my house put back together! The process was easy and they know how to work with the insurance carriers to get you back like it never happened! I had Servpro come out last week to tell me there was no water damage from fecal water coming out of my toilet even though the carpet was still wet and has been wet ever since (8 days now). I repeated this to the technician three times while he was here that the carpet was wet and can feel it with your bare feet when walking on it. Yet he did not… even test the carpet, just the walls for moisture. We had to have another mitigation team come out and tell us the damage was actually going to be over $1,000. I have called Servpro several times asking them to come back out but they have refused

We woke up this morning to a disaster. Floors were wet, water all over the whole house. Service pro of Plano came to our rescue. Brandon and Andrew did a marvelous job of gettin the water out of the house. Now all we have is noisy fans. Hope I never have this problem again, butt if I do I will be using these two Guys again. Our fitness studio was forced to shut down as a result of the neighboring restaurant catching fire. We had water damage and smoke odor that needed to be cleared in order for us to reopen. It was a stressful situation and the ServPro Plano team helped to easy my concerns. Honestly, the customer service I received from the team (including, but not… limited to JB, Lisa, John, Jimmy, Broderick, and Andrew) is the best I’ve experienced in quite a while. My husband and I experienced a pipe break with subsequent major flood damage to our home. After the fire department and emergency plumber arrived, Servpro was promptly on the spot with a wonderful team of fellows that proceeded to work long days over the next week to get our home dried out. Adam, the team foreman, was professional, courteous, and helped us understand what was going to happen next.
