Everything went as scheduled. We've had our carpet cleaned before and I actually like Carpet 911's end results. Carpet wasn't too wet. Noticeably clean and the deodorizer he used was good. I probably should have asked for extra deodorants, because I love the smell. The only con is that you have to leave a message to make appointments. No one ever answers the phone directly, but you have to leave a message and hope you don't miss their return call when scheduling. This will be my new found carpet cleaning company. I will try them next for shower grout cleaning.

We had a great experience with this company. Owner, Richard Thurman, came out and personally provided our service. I contacted him late last week and he was able to schedule our service for this morning. He arrived 20 minutes early, exhibited a professional demeanor and treated our home with great care. He covered the hardwood floors with drop cloths to protect them against the machine's hoses and placed stand alone protectors against walls and cabinets to prevent the hoses from rubbing against them. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallway, closets and an area rug within 2 1/2 hours. We are pleased
