Do not hire. My warranty company assigned Mike Krischke Plumbing to replace my broken and leaking water heater. The soonest this company said they could fix my water heater was 2 weeks away. I patiently waited the full 2 weeks without a working (and leaking) water heater. The morning when Mike was supposed to arrive, he called and said he was having car trouble (the most common excuse I always hear from service companies when they are too busy). Mike canceled and refused to reschedule. I asked when he could make it back out and he simply said he could not reschedule because he was too busy with

Mike was truly great. He runs a small business that truly cares for his customers. Mike showed up promptly on the day of our appointment, diagnosed the problem of a broken waterline in our yard, fixed the problem and was done within about 2 hours. Excellent work, service and attitude. We will definitely call Mike again for any of our plumbing needs.

Mike is the Man! I scheduled with, I believe his wife who was also very professional and sweet. She set up a time and told me Mike would call half hour prior to our appointment. Picked Mike out of the phone book, but I can't say enough about his excellent service. Scheduled the appointment, Mike showed up as scheduled. I had called to have my water heater checked, it had been going out. Mike checked diagnosed the problem, which apparently was an easy fix. Wasn't going to charge me anything, I was finally able to get him to accept some money ( but much less than he should have taken)
I will definitely be hiring him with my next plumbing issue!

I noticed a watermark on the wood floor of my closet, so I called Mike (Mike Krischke Plumbing http://mikekrischkeplumbing.com/) He came out that same Monday evening (in spite of the cold, rainy weather) and found the leak in my bathroom wall. He did a temporary fix and came back for the permanent fix on Thursday. He is a most excellent plumber (with close to 35 years of experience as a master!)
We can't say enough about Mike. He's the best plumber we have ever experienced!

MIKE KRISCHKE PLUMBING is fantastic. Mike called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on-time. He explained everything he was doing in a very professional and easy to understand manner. He did a top notch job replacing the heating elements/thermostats on my water heater, cleaned out the gunk in the bottom and left me a practically new heater. I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.
Mike also recommended treating and filtration equipment to treat our incoming water to significantly improve the whole house water quality.

We had quite the strange hot water heater situation, and Mike was awesome when it came to diagnosing the problem! He explained what was going on thoroughly. Although ultimately we had to have the hot water heater replaced by someone else (Mike wasn't available for two weeks), I would recommend Mike to anyone. We had two separate appointments with him and had a great experience both times. We would have used him to install our new hot water heater, but ended up choosing someone who could get us into their schedule sooner.

Found a leak in my yard, water pooling next to the house and it was Friday evening (of course) Called Mike Krischke Plumbing and he was out today, Saturday, stayed all day and got it fixed right up. Mike was knowledgeable, polite, courteous and explained everything clearly and logically making sure we understood. Very reasonable price too. I've also made a new appointment for some non emergency work like my slow hot water line under my bathroom sink and the bathroom shower faucet / diverter thing that will need replacing soon.
