I am beyond frustrated I had an appointment at 11 and decides to not show up it's noon right now I called his wife was supposed to call me back recognizes my number and so refuses to answer the call and you can't leave any voicemail because it's full horrible service very unprofessional I would give a negative number if possible

Gustavo...is...awesome! I came out to my garage for morning coffee and solitude and heard a frightening noise. Drip...drip...drip... I searched and eventually found water leaking out of the top of the water heater. Gustavo was in the area and got to the house in less than 20 minutes. He confirmed my suspicion; we needed a new tank. He came back after finishing an already scheduled job and installed a new tank the same day. From discovery to new tank was less than 12 hours. 5 stars, A+, whatever measure you go by, I will continue to use RTown.

RTown has provided us with a number of services over the last 4 years. Each time, the job was done with great care, it was done RIGHT the first time, and the charge for the service was "more than fair". I would not even consider having another plumber come to the house. They have done minor work (leaky faucets) to more major work (80 gallon hot water heater, resolving low water pressure). Great service!!!
