We had Mycol from Austin Area Plumbing come out twice in one week to help repair our main water shut off and to install a new under sink shut off valve and a new dishwasher. Mycol was professional, kind and thorough in his explanations of the work before it was started. He worked diligently and was respectful of our home. If we have any future needs we will be calling on Mycol and AAP to get the work done!

I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis replaced my water heater quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Michael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up the whole insurance claim process. I have not had any issues with the new water heater since the installation date a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with the results and process as a whole.
