Great professional experience with Avi after this company was recommended through my home warranty. Avi was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and even offered to follow up to come install a new toilet lid after the one he ordered for me was squeaky.

We can not adequately express how amazing this company was to us after our tankless water heater ended up with busted pipes after the ice storm last week. As soon as the roads were somewhat safe to travel on, the owner himself came out to diagnose the issue and give us a quote for the repair. A few days later, he called to let us know that there was a 6 month backlog on the water heaters and because he had promised to have us taken care of as soon as possible, he decided to fly out to California, rent a truck and then proceed to drive back with the water heaters the next day. Our water heater burst during the freeze and we were told it would take months to replace due to the demand. Extreme Plumbing drove to a different state to pick up 30+ water heaters for people who had theirs burst. Not only that, they came out on Sunday to fix it. Kristina did a great job scheduling and communicating with us to get it fixed as soon as possible. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile to help out Texans who lost hot water from the freeze. It's so great to see a company that cares so much about the community they serve!

A One Guard home warranty recommendation *eyeroll*. So let’s go back in time, back in June 2020 they were assigned to inspect my old water heater. The plumber comes takes a gander and says the whole thing needs to be replaced. I was then told my out of pocket would be approx $850. Didn’t have it at the time, ffwd to December-I have the funds and want to proceed. I call Extreme Hydro directly and VM says a text may get a faster response, so I text to include screenshots from the previous work order to let them know this was a f/u. Lol, no such luck. No one ever responds so I contact the warranty

There were sent to me through OneGuard home warranty for a toilet leak. Steven came - I explained the issue. He diagnosed, removed the toilet, corrected the issue and cleaned up after himself. No extra costs, no nonsense. Very satisfied with the service. Would give 5 stars but he did not re-calk between the toilet bowl and tile.

I had a extremely positive experience working with Extreme Plumbing & Hydro Jetting specifically, working with Steven.
What I liked most was that he was extremely transparent with the issues and how to solve the problem. On top of that he was a very proactive communicator. He called before he came to my property for a heads-up and after to go over his findings and the solution to the issue.
I had a broken shower that was not able to dispense hot water.

Our water heater went out on a weekend before a holiday. Tony arrived before the scheduled time block on a Saturday, and was very willing to go above and beyond to get our water heater replaced the same day, even while having to service other homes before us. Tony was very friendly and his work was done with detail and professionalism.
