Silvio’s team replaced the toilets after a flooring project, one guy seemed inexperienced. Even after I offered several towels to him, he still grabbed my nice bathroom hand towel from the counter to wipe up toilet water on the floor.
Gave them a second chance to diagnose a sound my toilet was making and they told me I need a whole new toilet bowl. OK maybe I do.
3rd chance, I called Silvio directly to come look at my gas water heater where the pilot won’t stay lit. He said he’d meet me at the house at 3pm. He never showed. Never answered my calls nor texts. They lost an investor relationship

I asked Silvio to service a tankless water heater that had gone out on my tenants. He inspected the unit, decided it needed a new gas line, quoted a price and began the work three days later. When he came back to start, the first thing he did was cut a big hole in my drywall. According to the tenants, when Silvio looked into the attic it looked like he decided the work was too hard. He packed up and never came back. He wouldn't return phone calls or texts. Apparently he didn't care that he was leaving a family (with a three year old) without hot water or with a huge hole in the drywall

On referral from a realtor, I had Silvio's Plumbing replace the pipes in my front yard. Some months later, the same problem in the pipes appeared again. I have called Silvio 5 times, with him saying that he's coming out. He's a no-show; he has not come out, and he has not called to communicate with me. He took my good money (not a little bit, either), and now with my two bathrooms backed up, he's nowhere in sight. I was told he's a "master plumber." But he does not back up his work, and even if your house is in danger of flooding, he does not care. I advise all

I called Silvio after our pipes busted from freezing temps. He told me that he could come at 2PM the next day. I had called a few places with estimations for more time, and so I said that would be great.
He asked me to text him the address. I did so and included the time agreed upon. The next day, nothing! I called, texted, he never showed. It left me paying a hefty fee at a company that I found last minute. My wife, kids and I have water, but no thanks to him... call someone else.
BTW - No explanation, at any point.

Silvio is a life-saver!! My house failed a hydrostatic test while under contract for sale. We had to have a 35 foot sewer line replaced and were in a huge hurry to meet the buyer's closing deadline. After being quoted $13K by two other companies, we called Silvio. His price was lower and he made us his total priority, beginning the job with 1 day's notice and working on Sunday to get it done. His crew was so fast and they did an incredible job digging the trench, handling the permitting/engineer process, replacing the line, suspending it from the concrete and back-filling it all within

I’ve used Silvio for a kitchen remodel, frozen pipes, clogged drain, a bathroom add on, and a septic issue over the past few years. He has always been an amazing plumber; respectful, friendly, thoughtful in his approach, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Silvio, and I am so thankful to have found him. After many bad experiences with plumbers he is a breath of fresh air. I hate to see him, because plumbing’s gone wrong, but I love seeing him too, because he’s a fine human being and a talented and honest plumber and I know he will help us resolve our latest plumbing issue. Silvio is my plumber for life! He is thorough, responsive, fast and cost effective.
He changed out our whole sewer line which required digging 45' of tunnel under our house. The project was huge and I'm so thankful for Silvio and his crew.
He has done other line work on another house of ours and fixed quite a few busted pipes. For this kind of work he's amazing! I'm so thankful to have a competent and quality guy like Silvio to call.
