These guys were extremely helpful and responsive they capped off my sewer line and were able to help me out with the appropriate plumbing permits, even going out to do some site work months after the initial job was complete. I usually have a lot of trouble getting people to come out and complete a job and was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to find anyone to get the job done. Crystal Plumbing came through and saved the day. Michael was also super cool and communicative.

We have used Crystal Plumbing for a couple large jobs now and have been very happy with both experiences. They are experienced, polite, prompt and reasonable. We have had two new tankless water heaters and circulation pumps installed, a couple toilets and at a different house, we needed a damaged water main under the house repaired. They were responsive when I couldn't figure out how to program the heaters, and also worked with the very slow city response to get the water main fixed and approved at a reasonable price. I would call on Michael and Lupe again in a heartbeat!

As a private property manager, I have had great experiences with Crystal Plumbing; they replaced all four water heaters (three gas w/tanks, one tankless electric) in a large residence in a quick and affordable manner. As the other review mentioned, they are not necessarily the least expensive option but they more than make up for it with excellent, honest, and friendly customer service. When upgrading a tanked electric heater to a tankless model, they provided us with options and worked with our electrician on the scheduling and technical requirements. These guys are fast and professional. We've used them for traditional service calls as well as installing our tankless water heater and moving our washer box over about 6 feet. Very good work... not the cheapest (I've had the cheapest, and they're not worth it), but also not the most expensive.
