Where to even begin! My husband and I were opening our own business and ended up having to GC the project ourselves. As you can imagine, it was an overwhelming, daunting experience that was filled with fear that we would be taken advantage of. What a complete opposite experience did we have once we found GTX plumbing! From the moment I reached out to them, Sharon and Llyod went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! Our office building had an issue with what seemed like a gas leak in the area around our water heater. Once the gas company determined it was, indeed, related to the water heater, we called GTX. Sharon understood our dilemma and said she had some guys in our area. Jeff and Lee were out in a couple of hours. They ran their tests and checked everything. Jeff still smelled gas, though, and figured it must be in the wall. Cut out a hole, found the leak around a hose fitting, and replaced the fitting. No more gas leak! My water heater went on the fritz on a weekend, and I emailed the info address at GTX. Much to my surprise they emailed me back and using FaceTime, Lloyd walked me through how to relight the pilot. Over the next couple of days it kept going out so I contacted them again. Incredibly nice folks, they came out the next day with a replacement unit - the old one leaking, and was 10 years old so it had to go. They installed the new unit in short order, cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had even been here. I can't say enough good things and they'll be my go to plumber forever!

What a nice experience with a great company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The plumber called and tried to solve the problem over the phone but I needed hands on help. Jeff was incredible!!!

I called on a Friday morning with a clogged toilet. I was told the tech would arrive in the afternoon but he called in the morning and arrived in the morning. All good stuff. The tech worked hard to solve the problem and explained the problem and solution.
All good until I noticed the toilet had been damaged by the auger the tech used. I called the office, they told me not to worry, the problem would be escalated.

I can't say enough good about Lloyd with GTX. Over Memorial Day weekend, a pipe in our attic developed a leak. Despite our best effort, many hours, and multiple trips to Lowe's, Home Depot, and ACE, we couldn't fix the issue. We did all we could to make it through the holiday to avoid premium prices, and I went to the plumbing supply house in Round Rock on Tuesday morning to see if I could find the fittings we needed. Thanks to some helpful plumbers there, I found out the problem: we have Kitec, which requires exorbitantly expensive adapter fittings to repair. I got the fittings

Our water heater failed on a Saturday. We contacted GTX and the owner responded immediately. On Monday morning, Jeff came to our house to look at the set-up and give us an estimate of when he could return to complete the job. He returned when he said he would, and installed the new heater. The price we were charged was less than the estimate we had been given. We will not hesitate to call GTX again for our plumbing needs.

Lloyd saved the day and didn't even come to our house. Phone troubleshooting and text messages. Walked me through thawing out some pipes connected to our water softener system without even seeing our setup. We were without water all day and one last question some hot water and a heat gun and problem solved. It was cold as it's ever been, but we bundled up at 10 at night and made it and Lloyd absolutely rocks. Seriously would recommend GTX to anyone. Saved us on this wacko TX winter night. God bless Lloyd and his awesome troubleshooting skills!!!!

I would like to thank the folks at GTX Plumbing. I had a water leak at my house in Georgetown Texas tonight. My tenants called me to let me know what the issue was but was having a hard time trying to explain to me the exact problem. They were also having a problem getting the water shut off by the water heater where the leak was. I contacted my home warranty and they were telling me it would be 4 hours before anyone could even let me know when a plumber could come out. So I called GTX and told them I would like to have them on standby in case my home warranty could not get out tonight. Sharon

I had an outdoor spigot that wasting a ton of water, and probably leading toward some rot on the siding of my garage. I found GTX Plumbing on Google, filled out a form with my information and problem and was contacted very quickly. After an exchange of basic information, and some supporting photos, I received an estimate, and a follow up call to set up an appointment with the master plumber.
Master plumber arrived early, and made quick work of a problem I certainly would've made worse if I had attempted myself. The team was very nice, professional, quick, and came in under estimate. Great experience

LLoyd from GTX plumbing came out same day that i had requested help with my clogged up drain pipe for my kitchen sink which way more than exceeded my expectations since i was told that they would probably not be able to come out until tomorrow. Lloyd was super personal, down to earth and had me up and running in about 15mins. He also helped answer some other basic plumbing questions that i was curious about. This company was amazing. I called and they came out the same day. Lloyd came out and explained everything that he was doing. He walked me through what he found and what he didn't find. We came up with a plan on what needed to be done next. He made sure I understood everything that he was doing, he answered all my questions and had me laughing by the time he left. I had a water water heater replacement in the attic of a two story home. The GTX Plumbing team were fast, professional and responsive in the late afternoon on a holiday weekend. If I had not called in time the heater would have sprung a leak and flooded my attic. A tip of the hat to this business. I would recommend them again in a heart beat.

I came home from work last night and found my water cut off thanks to a kindly neighbor (water was running down the street). Fortunately I could work from home.
