Can't say enough about GnR service. Long time customer, first time reviewing. I have been helped by at least (3) of their repair guys over 4 years. Most recently they came in super-clutch with the latest DFW Snowmageddon freeze. I thought I only had one issue, but that one issue was creating two others. John walked me through and explained everything in a very easy to understand fashion while making sure I was comfortable with proceeding on the necessary fixes. Very cognoscente about masks as well.

We used GnR for years when it was owned by Randy, when we lived at our old house. I had talked with Randy about outing the same remote in the new house. Him and I text a lot about other things a as well like the new Renei tankless water heater and the HVAC. He told me to install the new remote it would be about 200 dollars.
So we move in and we find out he passed away.
So I ask how much would it be to install the remote in our new house and that it is just like the other one in our old house. I was told in a text about $150-$250.
