They have excellent communication, always on time, completed work in a timely manner and made sure it was done properly. Would highly recommend. Montana was a huge help in keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my sewer repair. This was the first time I used them but it definitely won’t be the last!

We have used DNA Plumbing for several properties in the DFW area. This weekend they were able to get us in within a few hours of our call. Bryan diagnosed the issue as a leak inside the water heater that couldn’t be repaired. He was able to install a new one and we had hot water again within hours. Pricing is fair (middle of the road) and the quality of their work is consistent. We call them first for our plumbing needs.

We contacted DNA plumbing to complete a job for our upstairs add on. They came out and gave an estimate. After agreeing to the estimate, they scheduled the service within 2 days and completed the work in 2.5 days. They were very polite and included us in all the decisions when things were not quite right! We will use them again and again. Great people to work with

Called because burner on water heater would not light. They got it to light and said water heater was about to go out. Previous one went out in 2012 and flooded garage. DNA installed new water heater. Although they did a professional job, they are they are like next door neighbors, courteous and friendly. They completed the job in and left a clean work site in a timely manner. Recommend them without reservation.

Scott from DNA was a class act! I had a gargantuan gas leak in many places. Almost impossible to find in my Home. Not only did they Conundrum solve for days and see my gargantuan job to the culminate and made sure everything was Magnificent! I had never used this company before and I would suggest them as a trusted solid vendor and when scheduling I would enquire for Scott he's top notch and solid! He is one of the main reason I stuck with them during my very costly job. Thank you all at synergistic DNA!

Great crew and company. They were highly recommended by friends of mine who had used them. They may not be the absolute cheapest but they have the best service, hands downs. They were understanding and did the job super quickly and without any major hiccups. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Setting appt was easy. Came the next day. Had a leak and the dishwasher wouldn’t drain. I tried all my usual tricks and nothing worked. Jarrod found the issue. Cleaned up the entire system, replaced a leaking garbage disposal. Cleaned up and had everything tested. Very nice. Very efficient
