DNA Plumbing is a life saver!! I had a pipe burst from the freeze. Everyone I called wanted to either charge me $500 + just to come out or they were booked for 2+ weeks. Even the city said I would have to wait 2 weeks since the line was so long. I was referred to DNA by a friend and they answered the phone on the first ring. They were able to book me ASAP and found the problem immediately! I can't say enough about these guys! Thank you!

Josh and Brian came out in the middle of the texas snow storm to repair our toilet that was flooding one of our rooms. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even provided advice to help ensure our pipes dont freeze during this continued deep freeze. Great customer service and so grateful for their service.

We had Jerrod and Micky to come unclog our kitchen sink. They were on time, proficient and very professional. Took their shoes off before coming in the house!

I had a tub/shower faucet that would not turn off. I called another emergency plumber (after regular business hours) and they couldn’t get to me that evening. I called DNA Plumbing/Triple Crown Plumbing and they were able to send Alex and Ryan over right away. Alex and Ryan listened to my explanation, assured me they would fix my faucet, and had it repaired quickly! They were friendly and courteous! I had a faucet on the side of my house that was leaking really badly and after shopping around for price quotes and asking friends for referrals I decided to call Triple Crown Plumbing. I had the absolute best experience with Richard G. and Alex. They were professional, honest, and walked me through the entire process as they were doing the repair. They fixed my faucet in a quick manner, answered every single question I had, and overall were very kind people. The pricing for repair was the best I found especially given the great service.

Triple Crown was available relatively quickly to respond to a minor toilet leak issue in north Dallas. They said they could rebuild the toilet, but quoted me a price more expensive than a new toilet. I asked about installing a new toilet; they said I would have to get it and bring it back as they didn't provide that service. The quote for a new toilet install was $295.00.
I headed for Home Depot, and they called to say the water turn off was not working properly and it would be an extra $125.00. They got the toilet installed, but after they left I noticed when they installed the water turn off
