11 years ago I decided I needed a change in my life. I packed my bag, left my home country Czech Republic and came to Atlanta knowing only basic phrases like how are you, thank you, please, and where is. Today I run a construction company with two states builders' licenses. In the beginning, I didn't know anything about wood construction and the language barrier was an issue.
Our first picture above represents the latest design hit - one big open space - even though we finished this project a few years ago. Yes, that demonstrates Original Builders is always a step ahead! You can see it flows well - from prep area to the refrigerator to the cooking area. You do not need too many steps and you are everywhere, but without being stuck between two countertops.

Amazing experience for my wife and I. We had to move my Father-in-law into a rental house that needed renovations & repair in order to support someone with declining mobility -- and do this in 3 weeks! Vlad and his team was absolutely awesome to work with. They listened to our needs and provided quality work very quickly! Covering everything from sheetrock repair, resizing doors, flooring, plumbing.

Redoing our previously finished basement was not on our home upgrade list but flooding made it a priority. We lucked out working with Vlad and Original Builders because they made the project as painless as possible. Vlad worked with my plan changes and my indecision, and he and his team created a space that is brighter, more functional (we added a bathroom), and somehow feels bigger. We have many future projects planned and would not hesitate (and hope) to work with Original Builders for all of them.

We hired Original Builders to convert our single door with sidelights to a double iron door. They did a fantastic job, we really could not be more pleased. But the best part of the whole experience was how responsive and professional Vladimir was through the process. We've done several projects over the last 3 years and it was like pulling teeth to get other companies in to just give a quote much less complete the work in a timely manner. I truly feel like we've found the unicorn of contractors.. fair price, great quality work, and outstanding service. I really can't recommend this company enough

We renovated our open-riser staircase, which involved removing the existing treads and replacing them with new wood treads and new brackets, as well as repainting the stringers and handrails. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the end result. Vladimir had a great idea to add a non-slip material to the new treads, and the non-slip definitely works, without sacrificing any aesthetics. Original Builders completed the job on time with great communication throughout the process. We will definitely work with them again!
