When first hired we had no problems, but as soon as any problem arose we felt that CNL did not want to hear about it. Though one time we were thanked for letting him know that his crew was doing a really crummy job mowing our yard. We also thought he was expensive, but if a business does good work and can be relied on, then we do not mind paying more. Unfortunately, the decent and timely work did not last long. We had to resort to using emails to convey problems and concerns in order to keep a "paper trail" as to when we told him about something and a record of when, or in his case, IF he replied
