I've worked with a lot of contractors and have even built a home from an empty lot and I found Todd to be one of the best I've worked with. We used him to completely redo a townhome in Golden - we live in Houston and did some of the demo and final electrical and plumbing ourselves, so having someone we could trust was critical.
We do our best to get your project started as soon as possible, but your specific start date will depend on the scope of your project and what we currently have in progress. More specific timeframes will be provided during your consultation. While MLC strives to do all the work ourselves, there are times when a sub-contractor is required.
