Silva & Sons Construction was founded and built by owner and master remodeler Rick Silva in 1993. Rick started the family owned business by framing and building homes throughout the Denver metro area. Over time, Rick realized his dream of using his creativity to branch out into more and more mediums in the construction industry.
Rick's customers were surprised and delighted to find that he also had a special talent for designing projects. In fact, Rick Silva led the way for Silva & Sons Construction to become one of the best in the industry for solving complicated home challenges and designing custom projects.
As Rick's company grew, so did his family and his young sons began to look forward to the time they spent with their dad building for homeowners and sometimes school projects.The boys have been instrumental in building the family business as well as making their parents very proud. Born and raised in Pagosa Springs, Rick began by building log homes.
