In May 2021 SA Specialties installed a new AC/Heating system in my home. On Jan 11, 2022 the technician (CHRIS) arrived to perform a check of the system. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of my A/C system and recommended a new filter be installed. He also found a possible leak where the exhasut system exits through the roof. I will moiitor it for possible replacement. Overall it was an excellent service call and I will request CHRIS for future maintenance calls. I highly recommend SA Specialties for any A/C heating problems.

We got our system 3 years ago and they were great, but I truly believe that is just to get you in the door. Our AC went out in June and we had to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. Of course we were just out of warranty and had to pay over $1300 to get it fixed. Now our heating is not working and they want us to pay $80 just to have them come out here!!!!! REDICULOUS!!!! Don’t trust this company.

My name is Gary Waymack and we had SA Specialties replace our existing 10 year old Lennox system AC/Furnace with a new Goodman system AC/Furnace. Smooth installation from the survey done by Jose to the crew that replaced our existing gas furnace vent and the install crew Roger and Antonio who removed our old system and installed the new! We got SA specialties in June for a new system. We needed a little bit of work when we noticed that it wasn't cooling properly. They sent someone out ASAP. We got to work with Joe who did awesome. He spent quite a few hours diagnosing and repairing. He did great and was very professional! Highly recommended!!!! We are back in business with AC! Great company and Joe is awesome!

We called San Antonio specialties because we had seen their promotional advertisement for a new AC and ductwork. Their estimate was affordable for us. When the sales rep came out what was discussed did not happen on the day of installation. Nor did the sales rep make any appearance on the day of installation only the crew. We have no complaints about the installation crew. The problem came from what we discussed with the sales rep, to what was installed was not correct when we called them to come out to make it correct they wanted to charge me more money for not doing what they should’ve done

OMG this company is the BEST! Friday night our AC just stopped working and it was still in the 90's here. I tried to use our home warranty but they couldn't come till the following Wednesday. I called SA Specialties on Saturday morning...HOPING AND PRAYING and she FIT US IN! He was here about 6 hours later and although he didn't have our specific part, he was able to bring the system up till he could come back the following week and do a permanent fix. BEST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! And the technician Yaz was AWESOME also!

I want to give a gigantic shout out the Uli, Jeremy and Tyler for their services. I performed my market research with other companies and even contacted a couple that had replaced units in the neighborhood. Rude and condescending technician named Dave came by to give me an estimate for a new A/C unit. He came off extremely sexist. When I asked a few questions about the type he'd install, he asked if I'd come up with the questions on my own or if someone else supplied them. In the end his company couldn't install anyway -- they only perform "cookie-cutter" jobs, which mine was not. It saddens me deeply that older men such as Dave look down upon young women like myself.
