Tim was great to work with. Called him about 11, he came by 2:30 and got our spare car key programmed. Good problem solving skills, as these keys apparently have various different possible ways to program them. He tried several, then figured out it might be the battery. He replaced that and a couple of tries later, our key worked perfectly. Super nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and will keep his card for any future needs. Ricky
