They came out on Dec29th to make a key for my car. At which time I was locked out of, therefore there needed to be a new key made and programmed. Well they did come out, however the key that they made did not work and it took three days to get the issue resolved, keep in mind I paid them on the spot! The customer service is terrible and the lies they told were worst‼️ Would not recommend for service❗️Oh yes, it’s January 2 and I still don’t have a working key for my car that I paid them for🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Someone stole my car smart keys , Hence I had to call to AM-PM locksmith.
The locksmith person showed up. I asked him to give me two smart keys. I had no idea the guy would trick me with fake keys. He charged me $500 for two old and fake keys which worked okay for only two days. I didn't say two weeks, just TWO days. When I call to the office, they dont seem to help.
Finally, I went to Honda dealer and got original keys for half of the money I paid for the fake keys.
My advice: Know where to call when you face the same problem I had

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but I didn't have a great experience with the locksmith they outsourced too (Owen Locksmith). He came in 30 mins which was great, but charged me at the top of his quote without explaining why, and the key hole on one of the locks he rekeyed was upside down and said "it isn't a big deal". Ended up paying $200 when i was quoted by other places es under $150

Wow! I am amazed at how Levi took care of my lock needs. Extremely professional, courteous, timely, and swift. He greeted me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving his presence. I had to use this company twice in one day. The first time I called I spoke to Ashley what a pleasant person to speak with, she was very professional and empathic to my situation. The tech arrived unlocked my car and my keys weren't in my car, although I felt like I was over charged for my car lockout, I called the company back and once again I spoke to Ashley, she once again was very empathic to the fact that just paid over 100 to get in my car, and then turn around needing a key that usually cost over 200.00 dollars. Ashley said to me, since your keys weren't in the car, and we already unlocked

DO NOT GO HERE Ridiculous pricing $118 SHOP AROUND. Lady on phone was very nice and to the point. The guy who came was later than they had said but things happen. Then they hit me with the 79 labor charge. It took the guy 3 minutes tops and literally anyone could have done what he did. Its two tools. Again, nice employees, but the owners are scam artists. The only reason they dont have a lower score is because everyone in alpharetta is too rich for their own good.

Dagan worked very hard and in the rain to get our sliding glass door lock fixed. He came over as soon as we called. We did not want to rear sliding glass door to remain unlocked and accessible overnight. Cost of the part and labor was very fair, considering how hard he had to work to make an old sticking door work. He is a nice family man and very trustworthy. Will be doing business with him in the future for all our entrance needs.
