Extremely good service! Most helpful as well! I came to them with a broken-off key in a lock on a fire safe. They were able to remove the key piece and also were able to, even then, make me a new key to replace the one that had broken off! Unbelievable!! All done while I waited. Sooo helpful and all for $14.00!! Fantastic little business!!

I was able to call & book an appointment quickly, for the next morning. Jeff and Chris came out to rekey our doors. They were quick and kind. The house was pretty chaotic at the time but they easily worked around the painters there. Would definitively recommend the company.

Jose programmed a new fob and cut a key for my Lexus RX350. He communicated well on the front end, showed up when he said he would, had what he needed to get the job done, and did it pretty quick. He was also one heck of a nice guy and very professional. I could tell he took pride in his work.

Jeff was great! He was thorough and efficient, and was also very patient with our 5 dogs that were here while he worked. The locks are in great shape now-be even replaced our door knob on the front door since we had an electric keypad installed. Great service, great quality-highly recommend Unlock It!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They were awesome. We have used them twice now for two different reasons and they have been professional and courteous and experienced each time. The individual who helped us today, Jeff, was just awesome! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Used these guys to open a keypad lock where battery had died and would recommend. Fast, professional, responsive on Yelp messenger feature. Opened door, made me a key, and nicely gave me a few extra copies of the key. Felt very professional, from communication to the employee who came to do the work. Would use again.

The BEST service ever! We had to get our house rekeyed and we highly recommend this business. They were right on time (and gave us a courtesy call before the locksmith arrived) and did a fantastic job. The locksmith even went ahead and fixed our screen door that kept slamming and showed me how to fix it for next time. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I needed 2 new keys for my car.
Though I didn't actually use the service, my feedback is based on the company's responsiveness and honesty!
They were pro-active to advise and after spending time researching for me, they were honest to let me know it would be quicker and cheaper to simply follow up with my local Dealership.
I'd definitely call these guys again just for their integrity!

Locksmith Jonathan Arias called when he was on his way, arrived on time, wore a mask, removed his shoes before entering my home, listened to what I needed done, expertly performed the services I wanted, solved the problem when one of the locks could not be re-keyed, sold a new lockset at a very competitive price. WHAT ELSE COULD A CUSTOMER ASK FOR FROM A 1ST TIME VENDOR. Unlockit is the BEST!!!

I have an uncommon key, been having trouble finding someone that could duplicate it. Home Depot didn't know what to do with it, KeyMe kiosks said it's coming but never arrived so I eventually made my way to this company.
I spoke with Tracy over the phone, she was very pleasant and knew of the key I was describing. She had two blanks available so I purchased two copies of said key.

I had an extremely corroded faucet lock on my back deck that needed to be removed. Unlockit responded right away confirming they can remove the lock and shortly after we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Johnathan arrived early and due to a meeting gone late, I was unavailable when he arrived. 20 minutes later I call back and explain the situation and they were so patient and stated Johnathan is heading back to service the lock. The lock was very difficult to remove, but Johnathan managed to remove it within 30 minutes without any damage to the spout itself. Couldn't be happier
