Had keyless smart locked installed. Installation was very tricky we ended up having to call kwikset customer service for the reset code which did not come in the instruction manual. Throughout all of this tedious procedure which took a great deal of time altogether, John remained calm and extremely patient! Awesome work!

I should have known when he first pulled up and demanded my credit card and license that he was a scammer. I kept asking why do you need that before any work and he was extremely RUDE, saying do you want my help or not.
These are scam artist! He then shoved a non working key in my hand and pulled off! Then had the nerve to block my number when calling to tell then it was not working. They key does not work! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

These people are simply AMAZING!! I was on a weekend getaway with my family in another state when I realized that I lost the key fob to start my 2017 suburban. They were the only people that could help me on a Saturday evening. The Chevrolet dealership wouldn't do anything until Monday and the only thing Onstar could do was tow it to a Chevrolet dealership. They were very professional, patient, and understanding of the situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a call if you ever need help.

Wow... I’m not one to write a review for a company, but with service this good, I feel like I have to. I recently moved to the Roswell area and wanted to re-key the locks on my new home. Allen was phenomenal at coordinating a technician to come to my home day of. Danny, the locksmith, showed up right on time and was very friendly. He fixed up all 6 of my locks much quicker than I expected and did an incredible job. My locks paired with the news keys are SO smooth. I highly recommend this company and will be a life long client (no I was not paid for this review). I’m honestly just blown away

Allen called back immediately as soon as I called to request a quote. He was able to give me a very fair price and charged what he quoted over the phone for the whole lock out service and new key from start to finish (including the drive to meet me, cost for the service, the fob, and reprogramming). No hidden fees. He came over fast, was very efficient, and professional! Would recommend again!
