I had mold on my bathroom ceiling, do to a broken ceiling fan. As a Senior Cutizen, I was afraid of being ripped off. The Insurance Construction Co. owner, Don, made me feel confident that they could do the job.
I now have a beautiful. mold free bathroom, with a new ceiling fan that is vented properly. I love it. ❤

My bathroom suffered water damage and had to be repaired. By the time the team from ICM had finished, we had a bathroom that looked like something you would see in a magazine. My entire family was amazed at the excellent work that had been accomplished. I want to thank Don, Rocky, Derrick and Ken for the craftsmanship, professionalism and hard work that was put into our bathroom. Excellent on all levels.

This team goes over and above. If you want things done at your home they know who to call to get you the perfect job you want. Their team itself is a delightful crew who do whatever you need to have done, We couldn't have been more delighted with the results. The above that I mentioned was that they were actually willing to go and deal with the bank when the third party hired by the bank continually screwed up the paper work and made it nearly impossible to get our money so we could pay our bills.

I have had Don and his company perform work for me on three different occasions. The first time was to remodel a prior home. He removed an old, ugly awning on the front porch and built a beautiful porch roof with a built in dimming lighting feature, with beautiful white country railings. He also built a new covered roof feature over the back door entry. He also replaced some kitchen windows with beautiful wood-trim Pella windows with a built in blind feature. The work was done very professionally and to my meticulous standards.

We certainty have had out share of contractors and I have to say it's nice to finally have one that communicates very well, is on time and does what they say their going to do! Don and his team remodeled several rooms in our house due to water leak and we couldn't be happier. We finally have found a contractor that not only we will us again but will definitely refer to family and friends. Even during a pandemic, ICM got the job done!

In January 2020, I hired ICM to handle every aspect of my insurance claim for water damage. Don Baumer, my construction manager, handled every part of my extensive claim. Throughout the 12 month period, Don supervised and inspected every repair, making sure I was completely satisfied and that it also met his high standards.
