Critical: Quality
In our sub, many people have had issues with their furnaces. Lombardo did Not file warranty paperwork so repairs were not covered. We recently had to replace our furnace and A/C units after only 8 years. They should have been covered under warranty. One homeowner is already replacing her roof. Very poor quality and workmanship.

I joined Lombardo homes in April,2019 so far i noticed 20-25 issues, some are fixed by Lombardo as part of 11 month warranty, i spent around 5500$ to 6000$ up to now for repairs( just 2years old house), now i need to replace concrete driveway(another 5000$) as it was not installed properly and Bathroom Toilet(1000$), not sure how many more issues will come. I had to make a decision between Pulte homes and Lombardo homes for my new home, unfortunately i selected Lombardo, now i am experiencing the pain for my bad choice....Please stay away from Lombardo homes, that's my final summary, this is very

My Lombardo experience was first-class from the initial meeting with Pam, the Sales Manager, through the final walk-through with my Construction Manager Sean. Whenever I reached out to either with questions or concerns, I always received prompt responses or actions, and never felt like I wasn’t a priority to them! My condo is well built and I haven’t had any issues since I moved in! Definitely a great experience and would recommend Lombardo to friends and family.

My parents purchased a home from this builder in Rochester because they thought they would be receiving a beautiful, well-built home. At first glance the house is great, but the issue lies when you start to look deeper and live in the house more.
They placed the gas line connection to where you can’t place the oven/stove flush with the wall. We get shocked when we turn on/off switches. Our cabinets are not lined up properly and there is an extremely noticeable misalignment on a few of our cabinets. We even have issues with our doors, including our front door, which do not open properly and get
