We agreed on when the work would be started, and when it would be completed.
Work was completed ahead of schedule, I was very satisfied with the craftsmanship of Faerber Construction. The project was top notch. Always on time and the project was completed in a timely manner. Final project on the deck turned out great! This company also installed a storm door and front door as well and the work was very professional.

We had a great experience with Faerber Construction. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They just remodeled our basement to replace drywall, painted the basement, replaced carpet with laminate, and fixed the bathroom. Dave and Will worked very hard, detail orientated, and finished the work in a timely manner.

David and the team at Faerber Construction have done three projects for us (deck, bath, tile floor) and we're planning a fourth. Each time they've been polite, professional, on time and have done great work. I've received many compliments on the craftmanship and attention to detail on the deck project they completed at our home. Best of all - David is a great communicator and kept me and my wife up to date on what to expect all through the projects!

David Faerber and his crew worked on two significant Projects (deck complete rebuild and garage siding/service door) and one emergency job from storm damage. Impeccable! On time! Faerber exceeded my expectations in quality, craftsmanship and well, basically everything. He restored my faith in construction companies.

Faerber Construction put in a Trex deck where there had been a concrete patio and installed a pergola for us. We could not have been happier with the result. Dave and his crew are respectful and easy to communicate with. Dave was great when asked for suggestions to insure a good result for our property. It’s obvious that they take pride in their workmanship. The deck and pergola look great! We highly recommend Faerber Construction.

Dave came in after we had let go of a very incompetent crew. He cleaned up their mess and did an incredible job helping to restore our old home. His craftsmanship and eye for detail is truly impressive. I will have Dave back in the Spring for some outside work on our home and garage. You can't go wrong with Faerber Construction!
