I have used Arax Windows repair twice now and I cannot recommend them enough. This time I had 5 windows that needed to be repaired, and I need them replaced ASAP! Initially I called 3 other companies and they wanted so much money even someone told me that the charge for estimate. Finally I was able to reach Arax and Ivan came the next day as promised.

I had a professional experience with Arax Windows. They were able to give me a quote for foggy glass replacement as well as repair on several of my windows. It was completed in a timely manner. We would recommend these guys! They have a great work ethic and take pride in their work. For the house we just purchased, they replaced 16 window sashes, 14 window sills, 23 brick mouldings around the windows and replaced glass in 9. They were courteous, arrived on time, cleaned up outside and inside and finished the job ahead of schedule. We are very pleased and would definitely hire them again if other windows should need work.

Do not use them!! My appointment was today (also never got a confirmation call yesterday confirming the appointment) and I get a call from Alex stating I wasn't home, I was and they didn't knock or call. He then called Ivan (who looks to be the owner) and then said they can't fix it. My balcony door is on the 2nd floor and you cant see the damage from the outside since its on the inside of the door. There was no arax vehicle driving around either so looks like they didn't want to come out and made any excuse to get out of it. Alex even mentioned the guy was still in the area

I have gotten their name from a friend few years ago, for whatever reason have been delaying the issue with our slider and as of recently we have gotten a new dog so we really were desperate to fix our main gateway to the backyard. I thought they would come and quote me a completely new door. I was pleasantly surprised when the professional, polite and friendly Ivan showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got on his knees and fixed the problem in less than 5 mins. This was life changing and priceless! Boy what a mistake. Great on evaluating problem and doing a temporary fix Never got back to us on what costs would be for permanent fix. Finally after calling them several times we were told they are too busy for our small job. So they don't finish what they start and are not responsive to your calls. Forget them!!

Arax Windows Work came to my house, replaced three rotted sills on my 15-year-old Pella Pro Lines, adjusted a few sagging windows and caulked every single window to prevent future damage from the elements. From the estimate to the work completed, they were top-notch professionals. On time, pleasant to deal with, neat and above all, true craftsmen.
