DONT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I recently had a quote done by American Window & Sidings as with many daunting home project I had many quotes done as I needed 20+ windows replaced I ended up finding a better quote. Don (the owner) came out and did a quote on my house when I first opened the door his demeanor was not pleasant he was very rude. A few days later I get a text that he was angry I had yet to call him back and he said "I hope all of your windows fall out and you freeze your a$$ off this winter" I can not begin to explain how unprofessional and rude he was! I would not recommend

We had a good experience with this company. We got estimates from five different companies. Anderson was the most expensive quoting $23,000 for 12 windows and our customer service experience from the rep was awful. They cancelled twice two hours prior to the meeting and they were late the third time. Not prepared with information.
With American Windows and Siding we we quoted $10,500 for 12 windows. They were delivered on time. They look beautiful and passed the inspection.

We received several window quotes and decided on AWS Inc. the windows took a little longer to be manufactured than I thought but once they were available the install was done quickly. The team was extremely neat, clean and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. Great job!

Pros: Fair, quick and easy quote. Timely install. Installer was great, very communicative.
Cons: Door immediately leaked. Office ignored all attempts to communicate, so much so as to hang up on me when I mentioned who I was by address (with no previous issues to justify this). They of course denied this. We had to call the factory to have the problem addressed.
Verdict: If all goes well, you'll get a fair deal. If something goes wrong, you may have a headache on your hands.

First, let's talk about how intimidating it can be to realize you need all of your 19 windows replaced! Who do I call? What windows do I go with? Can I afford it? With American Window and Siding, you don't have to worry!! My dad was a glazier his whole life and even he was scratching his head with what direction to take for such a big project. Luckily, I met the owner on a whim and we knew we wanted to work with him.
Confident, trustworthy, informative, and personable, Don listened to and addressed all of our questions and concerns (old house, affordability etc.) There was no pressure to 'upgrade

Everything went very good with the install. Since installation had some high windy days and the windows and installation performed as they should. I would definitely recommend American Window and Siding. Scott was was a very good salesman and Andy did an awesome job installing the windows. My only complaint would be that after installation the windows were full of fingerprints that will need to be cleaned in the spring.

After a terrible hail storm, my wife and I needed to fix our roof and siding. We found American Window and Siding and the Sales rep Scott came out to our house in a very timely manner and was very helpful during the entire process! Scott was very professional and knowledgeable in every area we were concerned about. I would highly recommend American Window and Siding.
