Todd was great! Our AC went out one afternoon and it got HOT. He was kind enough to come take a look that evening at 8pm to start to figure out what was wrong. He worked with me over the next few days on what the best days and times would be to come fix it. It ended up being a different issue than he originally thought, but he kept me updated several times over the course of the couple hours he was here tweaking and tuning everything. I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends and family in the Phoenix-Metro area

Todd with HUB was great to work with. Got in touch with him after my grandma's AC went out in the middle of the summer. He came over right away and diagnosed the issue. He was very honest with us about the problem and fixed it in no time.
We have since used him to tune-up our systems and will continue to use him. Finding someone honest and reliable isn't easy to do, so we're glad we ran in to Todd!

After having a "Big" name company come out to diagnose my AC unit. I was told the unit had to be replaced. That with it even being 3 years old the manufacturer wouldn't warranty it, nor was I told what the issue was.
I was referred to Hub Heating And Cooling by a friend and quickly called to setup a service call. Todd answered on the 2nd ring and promptly showed up the next morning at 11am as planned.
Todd found the problem with in 5 minutes. Showed me what happened, gave me options and recommendations. I gave Todd the ok
