Use a programmable thermostat to automatically increase the temperature (about 82 degrees is recommended) if your house will be empty during predictable time periods of more than four hours. Set your thermostat to the highest comfortable level - each degree raised reduces energy consumption by 3 to 4 percent.

The best Air Conditioning company! Ken Muncy runs an honest business with great employees. Joe and Oscar are so friendly and work efficiently. They show up on time and are sincerely there to help you and not to nickel and dime you. I called them after business hours expecting to leave a voicemail but Joe answered and was able to get me in first thing the next morning. They are such a trustworthy company and by far best prices around. My family uses them as well now and they have fixed so many problems that other companies have caused or neglected. Go with this company, you won’t regret it.

We switched to Ken Muncy AC in 2020 after our previous company botched a repair job. We are very happy with their service, responsiveness, and pricing. One of our units was 17 years old, and we decided to replace it this year. The price on a new Goodman unit was significantly less (by thousands!) than their competitors, and the installation was done in a timely manner. When it's 116 degrees out, you need a reliable and trustworthy AC company. Ken Muncy and his team have earned our business.

I called the company yesterday passed working business hours and I spoken with Ken for service and he immediately scheduled me for the next day. And his employee showed up early morning. And repair was done less than an hour. This was a super excellent service. I called the company that installed my air condition unit 3 years ago and I asked to speak to a manager, and I did not get a callback and the company scheduled me for 2 more days..
