I left my residence for 3months. Came back and there was water everywhere. Although it was an awful surprise I was very pleased with the experience provided by Coastal Rooter. The staff was professional, efficient, hardworking (stayed 14hrs on one of the days), respectful, friendly and was very affordable (Provided me with discounts) . All great stuff to say about them.

Max came out to fix my toilets they were making a really loud noise for months. It didn’t take him long to figure out the problem and get the stuff to fix it. He was very friendly and professional. He also fixed my shower drain that wasn’t draining for days. I really recommend him to anyone. Thank you max I really appreciate all your help.

He did some indoor and outdoor plumbing. I knew Edgar for almost 10 year. If we any plumbing questions or plumbing issue we always call him and get the answer and he come finishes. By far the best plumber in Chula Vista! Max and his crew were thorough and professional in their work, I was dealing with toilets backing up due to roots in the main line ( total nightmare) and they got it handled quick, fast, and in a hurry. Will definitely use them again if I ever encounter more plumbing issues in the future.

Came out to my rental property on a saturday and quoted me $175 to unclog the drain. The tech called back a bit later and said the pipe was collapsing and it needed to be dug up at a cost of $1600. He emailed me dark photos of something saying it was my drain and said they could be out Sunday to do the job. He also told me that even putting paper down the drain would clog it up until the pipe was dug up and repaired.
I called someone else out Monday for a second opinion. He took off the toilet, cleaned out the feminine products and snaked the drain. that was 3 weeks ago and no problems since

I called Coastal Rooter in desperation after my son and I went 3 days with no hot water, then 1 day with no water at all! They said they'd have someone over within the hour. They were here in 30 minutes!! I recently had a plumbing issue , I had a small crack in the faucet under my sink . At first I thought the water was coming from the hose on the faucet that connects to the sink so I cleaned up the water and went about my. Business, but again when I went to do my dishes I noticed more water on the floor. I contacted Coastal Rooter and spoke to Edgar and explain the problem, he was very professional and nice and came out within 45 minutes. Coastal Rooter came to the rescue when my sinks all backed up at once and I had 5 guests arriving the next day. They made room to put me on the fixit list that same day and worked from 10 until 7:30 pm to get everything in working order again. The workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves, worked efficiently, and explained exactly what the problem was in a way I could understand it. Max was the supervisor on the job and he and Vincent got a big job done economically including a senior discount. My guests will be arriving in a hour or so for 5 days. They used a professional auger to clear the drain. Max even showed me how to use the augers that I purchased from Walmart so that way I could possibly do it myself in the future.
