I wanted to support local and this husband and wife duo was it. Super simple scheduling. Took us right away after our house purchase. We had master rekeying done and it was swift, professional and they even got us some extra keys. Highly recommend.

The team was out to the house within one hour of my phone call and completed the work in less than thirty minutes. I highly recommend this business for locksmith services. The price beat out the competition which was great on the household budget. The husband and wife team were super friendly and I'd definitely use them again.

I lucked out and saw their mobile workshop in my neighborhood. I walked up and asked Jeannie if they could help with a small job. Gene was able to handcraft a key on the spot for a custom luggage case.
The local retail locksmith couldn’t do it - so I give Gene a ton of credit. This is a true craftsman that I will be calling back if I need additional locksmithing services. What a pleasant experience with a nice couple.

We had our front door smart lock installed about a year ago. It had never worked properly, and we needed someone to help us get it in proper working order. Gene was referred to us, and I am SO happy we found him! This lock caused all kinds of trouble in getting it to work the way it was meant to. Gene worked on it until he fixed it!!! It works great, and I have peace of mind knowing my kids can get in after school. Gene was prompt, his service and explanations were exceptional! Would refer for sure!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE. absolutely top notch service from a master craftsman. i had issues for years with my 4runner door locks not working right or at all, even after getting new keys cut at the dealer using my vin number. i thought my locks were either needing rebuilt or changed, but in about 10 minutes Gene cut me a new key in a different cut style, and my locks now work AMAZING.

I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.
