Beware if they say they can "reprogram" your key fob... they assured me they could, then after paying $40 for them to come see me, they then said my fobs were "dead" and wanted to sell me new ones. I was able to get them working again later on so they were trying to take advantage of me.

My wife locked her keys in the car so I called Red Rocks as the reviews were good. The dispatcher took my info and had a technician call me to give me a time estimate and a price quote. The technician called about 5 minutes later and said he could be here in 35 minutes and it would be "100-ish". He arrived about an hour later (no biggie), but I was pretty disappointed that there was a $30 service charge he failed to mention when he gave me a quote. Final price tag was $135. They don't take check so I was forced to use CC which had an added fee (who carries that much cash anymore

If you need a new key made for your car, I highly recommend this place! Adrian was super communicative, kind, and helpful. He didn’t leave until making sure my new key worked perfectly. Plus, you really can’t beat the price! Other places quoted me hundreds of dollars more than they did. I would definitely use this company again!

I called Red Rocks Locksmith because my smart lock wasn't working and I was locked out of my home. However, before the guy (Josh) arrived, I had already opened the door myself with my phone app. Because I didn't want him to make the trip for nothing, I had him look at a couple of other things. One, was just to swap out a lock that I could have done myself with a simple screwdriver. That took no time at all. Two, I wanted my rooftop door wall to have a lock that could be opened from outside. After taking it apart, he went to a store for parts and was gone for quite awhile. When

Everything went well with Red Rocks Locksmith from my first call through the completion of the job that Yves did for us. Just needed the front door lock re-keyed, but it all went very smoothly. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I first called, and Yves called me back within 10 minutes to schedule for an afternoon appointment. He called ahead before arriving, as we had agreed, was on time, friendly, and professional, and the price seemed reasonable to me. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!! I was told my charge for 10 minutes of work would be “around $100”. When the technician finished he told me the charge was $87. You can imagine my disgust and surprise when I saw a charge of $224 on my credit card. It took two days for anyone to respond to my calls. When I spoke with a man who refused to give me a… name I was told I was a liar and that $224 for 10 minutes of labor (no parts) was legitimate and that he would not help me. I have never had an interaction like that with any business on the phone like this. It left me shaking. Run, don

Red Rocks Locksmith were amazing! I lost my mailbox key and they were there in 30 min to replace my lock and leave me with two sets of new keys! The locksmith named Dor was fantastic - he was quick (I haven't finished sorting through my mail and he was done), honest, polite, and made sure to call me in advance. Their prices are also unbeatable - I called lots of places and they were half the price!
